Privacy Policy

Auris Intelligence Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Auris," "we," "us"), operates the Auris Intelligence platform at aurisintelligence.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, first name, and last name.

Tax profile data. To generate analysis, we collect tax-related inputs you provide: your state of residence, federal long-term capital gains rate, and net investment income tax rate. This information is stored in your account and used solely to compute your analysis results.

Deal data. Any deal parameters, financial figures, or pro forma documents you upload or enter are stored and used to generate your analysis. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Usage data. We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and service improvement only.

Anonymized analytics. When you run an analysis, we record non-identifying metadata about the analysis — such as deal type, investment size range, hold period, state, input method, and whether depreciation data was provided. This data is bucketed into ranges and cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your deal. We use it solely to understand how the platform is used and to improve our tools.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your account and protect against unauthorized access
• Generate Opportunity Zone tax analysis and projections based on your inputs
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• Respond to your support requests

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party infrastructure to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your account and deal data is stored in Supabase-hosted infrastructure.
• Railway — API hosting. Deal analysis computations run on Railway-hosted servers.
• Anthropic — AI extraction. When you upload a pro forma document, its contents may be sent to Anthropic's API for data extraction. Anthropic's data handling policies apply to that processing.
• Vercel — front-end hosting. The web application is served via Vercel.

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security practices. We select providers that meet industry-standard security expectations.

We retain your account and deal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect and to request its deletion.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed authentication credentials, and role-based database access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
